The Rams could use some help at cornerback after they recently cut Cody Sensabaugh and have Trumaine Johnson dealing with an ankle injury.
Gratz, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Jaguars back in 2013. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $3.1 million rookie contract and set to make a base salary of $790,076 for the 2016 season.
The Jaguars waived Gratz on Monday to make room for CB Aaron Colvin, who was reinstated from the reserve/suspended list.
In 2016, Gratz has appeared in three games and recorded five tackles and no interceptions for the Jaguars.
