The Seattle Seahawks officially re-signed DB Akeem King on Friday.
King, 25, is a former seventh-round pick of the Falcons back in 2015. He was, unfortunately, waived at the start of the 2015 season and later signed to the team’s practice squad before eventually being promoted to their active roster.
Atlanta placed King on injured reserve with a foot injury and he wound up missing the 2016 entire season. Hunt returned to the Falcons on an exclusive rights contract last offseason but was waived at the start of the 2017 season.
The Seahawks later added him to their practice squad before releasing him from the unit in January.
In 2015, King appeared in five games for the Falcons and recorded one tackle and one pass defense.
