Titans Agree To Two-Year, $17M Extension With TE Delanie Walker

Adam Schefter reports that the Titans are signing veteran TE Delanie Walker to a two-year, $17 million extension that includes an $8 million signing bonus and $12.76 million guaranteed.

The Tennessee Titans announced that they have agreed to a contract extension with veteran TE Delanie Walker on Friday.

This contract will keep Walker in Tennessee through the 2020 season.

Walker, 33, was entering the final year of his three-year, $19.075 million contract which contained $8.2 million guaranteed and is set to earn a base salary of $5.4 million in 2018.

In 2017, appeared in all 16 games for the Titans and recorded 74 receptions for 807 yards receiving (10.9 YPC) and three touchdowns. Pro Football Focus rated Walker as the No. 4 overall tight end out of 71 qualifying players.
