Panthers re-signed QB/WR Joe Webb to a two-year contract to a two-year contract, according to his agency.

Webb, 29, is a former sixth-round pick of the Vikings back in 2010. After four years in Minnesota, Webb signed a two-year deal with the Panthers and has served as a receiver and a backup quarterback.

In 2015, Webb was active for all 16 games and ran for minus one yard on a single carry.
