The San Francisco 49ers officially claimed CB Parnell Motley off of waivers from the Buccaneers on Tuesday.
The 49ers received a roster exemption for Motley while he goes through the COVID-19 protocol.
Motley, 22, wound up going undrafted out of Oklahoma back in April. He later signed a three-year, $2.28 million contract with the Buccaneers.
However, Tampa Bay opted to waive Motley on Monday.
In 2020, Motley has been active for two games, but has yet to record a statistic.
