Cyprien, 30, is a former second-round pick of the Jaguars back in 2013. He played out his four-year, $5,469,104 contract with the Jaguars before signing a four-year, $25 million contract with the Titans in 2016.
Cyprien had two years remaining on his deal when Tennessee released him last year with a failed physical designation. He later signed a one-year deal with the Eagles before being traded to the Falcons after a few games.
Unfortunately, Cyprien finished out his contract on the season-ending injured reserve last season.
In 2019, Cyprien appeared in five games and recorded three tackles.
Brown, 30, wound up signing on with the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of Clemson back in 2013. He played out his rookie contract before returning to the Cardinals on a one-year restricted tender worth $1.671 million back in 2016.
The Cardinals later signed Brown to a one-year extension towards the end of the 2016 season. He spent the past two years with the Seahawks.
In 2019, Brown appeared in 14 games for the Seahawks and caught 16 passes for 220 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
