The 49ers announced on Monday they placed rookie sixth-round CB Tim Harris on injured reserve, signing DB Jordan Holland in a corresponding move.
Holland is the son of 49ers outside linebackers coach Johnny Holland. He also tried out for San Francisco this spring.

Harris, 24, was drafted by the 49ers in the sixth round out of Virginia in 2019. He signed a four-year, $2.678 million deal with $158,308 guaranteed.
During his six-year college career, Harris recorded 109 total tackles, four interceptions, one fumble recovery and 17 pass defenses in 35 career games.
