The San Francisco 49ers are signing rookie WR Nigel King to a contract on Wednesday, according to his agent Sean Stellato (per Mike Garafolo).
King, 22, originally signed on with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Kansas shortly after this year’s draft. However, he lasted just a few months in Miami, as he placed on waivers close to a week ago.
During his three-year college career, King recorded 72 receptions for 1,112 yards receiving and sox touchdowns.
