Dolphins
According to Joe Schad of the Palm Beach Post, the Dolphins have spent $25.6 million in free agency this year, the third-lowest figure in the league.
“I just came to the conclusion that we have to change,” Dolphins owner Stephen Ross said of the team’s offseason approach. “Doing the same thing and expecting different results is insanity, right?”
