Bills
- The Athletic’s Joe Buscaglia mentions the Bills could target Cowboys DE Robert Quinn or Vikings DE Everson Griffen as a mid-tier free-agent option.
- Buscaglia also likes Texans RB Lamar Miller as a free-agent option for Buffalo.

- Bills G Quinton Spain‘s three-year $15 million deal has $4.5 million guaranteed, including a $1.5 million signing bonus. Spain has a $2.25 million 2020 base with $1.6 million guaranteed, followed by base salaries of $3.9 million and $4.15 million. (Aaron Wilson)
- Spain also receives a $1.4 million bonus on the fifth day of the 2020 league year, an annual up to $500,000 per-game roster bonus and a $100,000 annual workout bonus.
Dolphins
- The Dolphins are one of the teams interested in Colts reserve OL Joe Haeg, per Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald.
- Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald says nothing is percolating between the Dolphins and RB Melvin Gordon, and Miami is looking at RBs Carlos Hyde, Jordan Howard and LeSean McCoy to potentially complement a rookie.
Jets
- The Athletic’s Connor Hughes confirms the Jets are very interested in Rams DE Dante Fowler and will pursue him in free agency.
- The Jet have expressed interest in Panthers G Greg Van Roten as a free-agent signing, per SNY’s Ralph Vacchiano.
- Vacchiano says the Jets are still interested in re-signing G Alex Lewis and tossed out OTs Bryan Bulaga and Jason Peters as potential short-term solutions if they still need a tackle.
- The Jets will not tender CB Arthur Maulet as a restricted free agent, meaning he will be an unrestricted free agent and can sign with any team. (Rich Cimini)
- Adam Caplan says to keep an eye on Seahawks OT George Fant as a potential left tackle option for the Jets.
Patriots
- The Athletic’s Jeff Howe writes that the possibility of a tag-and-trade for Patriots G Joe Thuney still exists and that it’s a fluid situation.
- Per Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle, Patriots special teamer Matthew Slater signed a two-year, $5.35 million deal with $2.375 million guaranteed.
- Slater will make a guaranteed base salary of $1.65 million in 2020 with a $750,000 guaranteed roster bonus on the first day of the league year. In 2021, Slater has a $1.75 million base salary and a $400,000 roster bonus on the first day of the league year.
- Slater also has a $25,000 bonus each game he’s active for $400,000 total and an annual $100,000 incentive for making the Pro Bowl.
