AFC West Notes: Broncos, Chargers, Raiders

Broncos

• Broncos TE Jake Butt suffered another season-ending ACL tear on Thursday during the team’s walkthrough. (NFLTR)
• Regarding the disappointing news, Butt explained: “I made a cut and I knew it right away. But I feel lucky. I have so many wonderful people around me for support. I’ve had so many people reach out to me and tell me they’re praying for me and thinking of me. I’m so blessed.” (Mike Klis)
• The Broncos signed P Colby Wadman to their practice squad this week after Marquette King‘s recent struggles. Regarding King, STs coordinator Tom McMahon said: “Marquette did not have a great game, he’s fixing that this week. Colby’s a great talent who came in for a workout that we signed and he’s working on gameplan as well as Marquette is.” (Mike Klis)

Chargers

• Chargers HC Anthony Lynn said Friday that he’s “comfortable” that WR Keenan Allen will play in Week 4, but WR Travis Benjamin will be a game-time decision. (Jeff Miller)

Raiders

• The Oakland Raiders officially ruled out S Karl Joseph (hamstring) and list DT P.J. Hall (ankle) and CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (hamstring) as questionable.
• Raiders RT Donald Penn (concussion) was a full participant in Friday’s practice and is good to go for Week 4.
