- Regarding the disappointing news, Butt explained: “I made a cut and I knew it right away. But I feel lucky. I have so many wonderful people around me for support. I’ve had so many people reach out to me and tell me they’re praying for me and thinking of me. I’m so blessed.” (Mike Klis)
- The Broncos signed P Colby Wadman to their practice squad this week after Marquette King‘s recent struggles. Regarding King, STs coordinator Tom McMahon said: “Marquette did not have a great game, he’s fixing that this week. Colby’s a great talent who came in for a workout that we signed and he’s working on gameplan as well as Marquette is.” (Mike Klis)
