Ahmad Bradshaw Playing In Miami Next Season?

New York Giants RB Ahmad Bradshaw is set to hit the free agent market as soon as the CBA is finalized and figures to have plenty of interest from a number of NFL teams. The Giants have already said that he is their top priority this offseason and Bradshaw has said that he would willing to return.

Bradshaw’s agent Drew Rosenhaus made an appearance on 7SportsXtra in Miami to sell his client to the Miami Dolphins fans which coincides with Ben Volin of the Palm Beach Post’s report that Bradshaw is training in Miami and would be interested in joining the Dolphins.

The Dolphins have made it known that they will be looking to add a faster running back that can catch passes out of the backfield and Bradshaw has shown that he can do both rather effectively. The idea makes sense but the real question will be whether or not they are willing to commit the kind of money that Bradshaw will require. Miami plans to use Daniel Thomas a good amount of the time but as we’ve seen in San Diego with Ryan Mathews, rookie running backs need time to adjust to the NFL game especially since so much of the offseason has been missed.

This could still be a ploy by Bradshaw’s agent to drive up his asking price for the New York Giants.
