Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports that the Bears are expected to sign veteran G Earl Watford to a contract.
Watford, 27, is a former fourth-round pick of the Cardinals back in 2013. He played out his rookie contract with Arizona before signing aย two-year, $5 million contract with the Jaguars back in March of last year.
Unfortunately, Jacksonville cutย Watford at the start of the 2017 season and he later returned to the Cardinals midseason and finished out the year in Arizona.
In 2017, Watford appeared in 10 games for the Cardinals and was rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 74 offensive tackle out of 77 qualifying players.
