Bengals Hosting WR Greg Little For A Visit

Rand Getlin of NFL Media reports that the Bengals will be hosting veteran WR Greg Little for a workout later this week.

This news just an hour after the team waived/injured 2014 seventh-round pick WR James Wright.

Yesterday, Little had a workout with the Jets, but they ultimately elected to go in a different direction. Even so, it appears as though there is enough interest in Little right now that he could catch on with a new team in time for training camp.

Little, 26, is a former second round pick of the Browns back in 2011. He spent three season in Cleveland before he was cut and later claimed off of waivers by the Raiders.

The Bengals would later take a shot on him in October of last year. However, he was cut loose by Cincinnati before the start of free agency.

In 2014, Little appeared in six games and recorded six receptions for 69 yards receiving.
