The Bengals previously hosted Miller for a visit on Thursday.
Miller, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Bills back in 2015. He played out the final year of his four-year rookie contract and was testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent for the first time in his NFL career.
In 2018, Miller appeared in 15 games for the Bills and is rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 25 guard out of 77 qualifying players.
