Bills Promote DT Vincent Taylor, Waive DT Kyle Peko

The Buffalo Bills announced Saturday that they’ve promoted DT Vincent Taylor to their active roster and waived DT Kyle Peko.

Taylor, 25, is a former sixth-round pick of the Dolphins back in 2017. He was entering the third year of his four-year, $2.55 million contract when Miami cut him loose coming out of the preseason.

Taylor later signed on to the Bills’ practice squad.

In 2018, Taylor appeared in eight games for the Dolphins and recorded 27 tackles and two sacks.

Peko, 26, wound up going undrafted out of Oregon State back in 2016. He later signed on with the Broncos, but was waived coming out of the preseason and later signed to the team’s practice squad.

Peko was on and off of the Broncos’ active roster for a few years before signing on with Bills during the 2018 season. He returned to Buffalo on a futures contract this past January and has been on and off of their roster ever since.

In 2019, Peko has appeared in four games for the Bills and recorded four tackles and no sacks.
