Williams, 27, originally signed on with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Auburn in 2016 but was waived coming out of the preseason. After a few years, the Bills signed him to a futures contract back in January of last year.
Williams was among their final roster cuts this offseason and re-signed to their practice squad. He was promoted to the active roster in October of last year and finished the 2019 season on their active roster.
He was among their final roster cuts coming out of training camp in September and was eventually promoted in October before reverting back to the practice squad.
In 2020, Williams has appeared in one game but did not record any statistics.
