Bills Sign TE Kyle Carter, Waive LB Juwan Foggie

The Buffalo Bills announced Monday that they’ve signed TE Kyle Carter to a one-year contract and placed LB Juwan Foggie on waivers.

Carter, 26, signed on with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent out of Penn State back in 2016. He was among the team’s final roster cuts coming out of the preseason but later signed to the team’s practice squad.

The Vikings elected to cut Carter and were reportedly interested in bringing him back if he cleared waivers after the playoffs. However, the Giants claimed him off Minnesota’s waivers last year.

Carter later had a brief stint with the Seahawks before catching on with the Bills late last year.

In 2017, Carter appeared in three games for the Vikings but did not record a single statistic.
