Broncos Re-Sign ERFA WR Bennie Fowler

The Denver Broncos announced that WR Bennie Fowler has signed his exclusive rights tender on Friday.

“It feels great to continue my career here in Denver. I’m happy to be back,” Fowler said.

Fowler, 24, wound up signing on with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan State in May of 2014. He wasn’t able to make the 53-man roster during his rookie season, but later wound up on their practice squad and returned on a future/reserve contract.

In 2015, Fowler appeared in all 16 games for the Broncos and recorded 16 receptions for 203 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
