According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Media, the Browns have claimed former Bengals LB Malik Jefferson, Rams WR KhaDarel Hodge and Cardinals TE Ricky Seals-Jones.
Jefferson, 22, is a former third-round pick by the Bengals back in 2017. He agreed to a four-year, $3,383,728 contract that includes a $923,728 signing bonus.
The Bengals waived Jefferson on Saturday.
In 2018, Jefferson appeared in 12 games for the Bengals and recorded 10 tackles and no sacks or interceptions.
During his three-year college career at Texas, Jefferson recorded 231 total tackles, 26 tackles for loss, 13 sacks, five pass defenses, one fumble recovery, and two forced fumbles.
