Browns S Jordan Poyer was taken to the hospital in an ambulance after he took a hit from Titans RB Antonio Andrews in the second quarter of Sunday’s game, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Poyer was evaluated in the locker room for a concussion before being transported to the hospital.

During the play, Poyer took a big blindside hit from Andrews during a punt return and immediately went down in pain.
