The Cleveland Browns have officially signed third-round ILB Jacob Phillips to his rookie contract, according to Adam Schefter.

Phillips, 21, was a two-year starter at LSU. The Browns selected him with the No. 97 pick in the third round of this year’s draft.
Phillips is projected to sign a four-year, $4,499,404 rookie contract that includes an $832,295 signing bonus.
During his three-year college career, Phillips recorded 218 total tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, one interception, five pass defenses, one forced fumble, and scored one defensive touchdown.
