Ian Rapoport reports Billings’ deal is for one year and $3.5 million.
Billings should step in and immediately provide a boost to Cleveland’s run defense in 2020.
Billings, 25, was drafted in the fourth round out of Baylor by the Bengals in 2016. He signed a four-year contract worth $2,875,844 to go along with a signing bonus of $535,844.
In 2019, Billings appeared in all 16 games for the Bengals and recorded 35 total tackles and one sack. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 44 interior defensive lineman out of 114 qualifying players.
