The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have promoted WR Freddie Martino to their active roster on Wednesday, according to Greg Auman.
Martino, 24, originally signed on with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent out of North Greenville back in 2014. He spent over a year in Atlanta before signing on with the Eagles during the preseason last year.
Philadelphia brought Martin back on a future/reserve contract only to cut him loose shortly after this year’s draft. Martino signed on with the Bucs soon after before being added to their practice squad at the start of the season.
In 2014, Martino appeared in one game for the Falcons but did not record a single statistic.
