Qualls, 24, was originally a sixth-round pick by the Eagles in the 2017 NFL Draft out of Washington. Philadelphia elected to cut him loose after one season as the team trimmed down to the 53-man limit.
Qualls later signed to the Panthers’ practice squad in December of last year and returned to Carolina on a futures deal this past January. The Panthers cut him loose last month and he just recently signed on with the Ravens before being waived Friday.
In 2017, Qualls appeared in six games for the Eagles and recorded four total tackles and no sacks.
