The Tampa Buccaneers announced that they have signed RB Bobby Rainey a contract extension on Wednesday.
- The Buccaneers initially announced that it was a two-year deal, but later corrected it.
Rainey, 26, was an exclusive rights free agent, so he really didn’t have a lot of options this offseason.
Rainey ran for 566 yards on 150 carries (3.8 YPC) and six total touchdowns. He also contributed 15 receptions and 46 yard receiving last year.
