Buccaneers Waive LB Josh Keyes From Practice Squad

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced Tuesday that they’ve waived LB Josh Keyes from their practice squad.

The Buccaneers’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. OL Josh Allen
  2. OL Ben Gottschalk
  3. CB Javien Elliott
  4. Isaiah Johnson
  5. LB Micah Awe
  6. DT Rodney Coe
  7. DE Ryan Russell

Keyes, 23, signed on with the Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent out of Boston College back in 2015 and bounced on and off the team’s practice squad.

He was unable to make the team coming out off the preseason but was signed to their practice squad a few days afterward. He also had a brief stint on the Chiefs’ practice squad before returning to Tampa Bay.

The Buccaneers signed Keyes to their practice squad coming out of the preseason and later promoted him to their active roster. Keyes has been on and off the Buccaneers’ practice squad throughout the season.

This season, Keyes has been active for four games and recorded three tackles.
