Buccaneers Waive WR Kenny Bell From I.R. With Settlement

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers officially waived WR Kenny Bell from injured reserve on Thursday with an injury settlement.

Bell, 24, is a former fifth-round pick of the Buccaneers back in 2015. He wound up signing a four-year, $2,484,836 contract with the Bucs and was set to make a base salary of $525,000 for the 2016 season.

The Buccaneers elected to cut Bell loose last week with an injury designation. He later reverted to their injured reserve list after passing through waivers unclaimed.

Bell has yet to appear in an NFL game.
