Buccaneers Waive LB Khaseem Greene

Andy Simms, the agent for LB Khaseem Greene, announced via his Twitter account Friday that the Buccaneers are waiving his client.

Other players being released include:

• LB Larry Dean

The Buccaneers claimed Greene off of waivers from the Bears back in May.

Greene, 26, was in the third year of his four-year, $2.592 million rookie contract and would have made base salaries of $585,000 and $675,000 over the remainder of the contract.

In 2014, Greene appeared in 10 games for the Bears and recorded 17 tackles.
