Bucs Restructure TE Brandon Myers Contract To Lower 2015 Salary

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and TE Brandon Myers have agreed to aย restructured contract on Saturday, according to Greg Auman.

The Buccaneers and Myers reportedly agreed on a contract that will lower his salary for 2015, while also keeping him in Tampa Bay through the 2016 season.

Myers, 29, signed aย two-year $4.25 million contract back in March, which included $2 million guaranteed and another $1.5 million through incentives. Myers has not performed well this season, compiling just 18 receptions without a touchdown this season.

Right now, Myers ranks as the No. 47 overall tight end this season, according to Pro Football Focus.
