Bucs Restructure TE Brandon Myers Contract To Lower 2015 Salary

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and TE Brandon Myers have agreed to a restructured contract on Saturday, according to Greg Auman.

The Buccaneers and Myers reportedly agreed on a contract that will lower his salary for 2015, while also keeping him in Tampa Bay through the 2016 season.

Myers, 29, signed a two-year $4.25 million contract back in March, which included $2 million guaranteed and another $1.5 million through incentives. Myers has not performed well this season, compiling just 18 receptions without a touchdown this season.

Right now, Myers ranks as the No. 47 overall tight end this season, according to Pro Football Focus.
