Chargers Sign CB Jimmy Wilson To A Two-Year, $4.85M Deal



Ian Rapoport reports that the Chargers signed CB Jimmy Wilson two a two-year deal worth $4.85 million.


The San Diego Chargers announced Friday that they’ve signed CB Jimmy Wilson to a two-year deal.

Wilson, 28, is a former seventh round pick of the Dolphins. He played out his four-year, $2,085,900 rookie contract that included just $45,900 guaranteed, and is in line for a sizable raise.

In 2014, Wilson appeared in 14 games for the Dolphins and recorded 59 tackles, one interceptions and two pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 94 cornerback out of 108 qualifying players.
