Ogbah, 26, is a former second-round pick of the Browns in 2016. Cleveland traded Ogbah to the Chiefs back in April in exchange for S Eric Murray.
Ogbah is in the final year of his four-year, $6.6 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $1,351,314 for the 2019 season. He will be an unrestricted free agent in 2020.
In 2019, Ogbah appeared in nine games for the Chiefs and recorded 29 tackles, 4.5 sacks, a forced fumble and three pass defenses.
Dieter, 26, wound up signing on with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of Alabama back in 2017. He was waived coming out of the preseason and spent the year on the Chiefs’ practice squad.
Kansas City brought Dieter back on a futures contract last year only to cut him coming out of the preseason. He was added to their practice squad before eventually being called up late last season.
The Chiefs waived Dieter from injured reserve with a settlement last month. He later re-signed to the practice squad.
In 2018, Dieter appeared in four games for the Chiefs and caught one pass for 22 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
