Chiefs Signing QB Chad Henne To Two-Year Deal

According to Mike Garafolo, the Chiefs are signing QB Chad Henne to a two-year deal.

  • According to Jason Wolf, Henne gets a two-year, $6.7 million from the Chiefs that includes a $3.1 million signing bonus.

Henne met with the Titans and reportedly had interest from the Dolphins.

Henne, 32, is a former second-round pick of the Dolphins back in 2008. He played four years for Miami before signing with the Jaguars as a free agent in 2012.

Henne restructured his contract last season with the Jaguars to a one-year, $3,250,000 contract and was testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent for the second time in his career.

In 2016 and 2017, Henne appeared in a combined three games for the Jaguars and has recorded just two passing attempts.
