According to Adam Schefter, Colorado WR Laviska Shenault won’t need surgery on a groin injury that lingered through the 2019 season.
Schefter adds Shenault is hopeful he’ll be healthy enough to participate at the NFL Scouting Combine in two weeks with some time to rest.
Shenault, 21, is considered to be one of the top receiver prospects and could end up being a first-round pick in this April’s NFL Draft.
During his three-year college career at Colorado, Shenault has appeared in 27 games and caught 149 passes for 1,943 yards receiving and 10 touchdowns to go along with 280 rushing yards and seven touchdowns.
As a returner, Shenault has totaled 54 kick return yards and 55 punt return yards and a touchdown for Colorado.
