The Cleveland Browns have officially ruled out QB Colt McCoy for Sunday’s season finale against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Seneca Wallace will get his third straight start for the Browns. Wallace has looked decent in relief of McCoy and there’s been a lot of speculation that the team could be targeting a quarterback with one of their two first-round picks.
