Colts Claim DB Corey Moore & DE Al-Quadin Muhammad

Pro Football Talk is reporting that the Colts have claimed defensive back Corey Moore (Texans) and defensive end Al-Quadin Muhammad (Saints) off of waivers on Sunday.

Moore, 25, wound up signing on with the Texans as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia back in 2015. He was waived at the start of the 2015 season and later added to the Texans’ practice squad before eventually being called up in late December.

Moore was in line to be an exclusive rights free agent this offseason and re-signed to a one-year deal with Houston. However, he was among their final roster cuts on Saturday.

In 2017, Moore appeared in 14 games and recorded 27 tackles, no interceptions and a pass defense for the Texans.
