Joel Corry of CBS Sportsย reports that Carter receives a three-year contract from the Colts worthย $1.575 million.
- The agreement includes a 2015 base salary ofย $435,000 withย $25,000 of this figure fully guaranteed.
The Vikings were reportedly in the mix for Carter as well, but you can’t blame a talent young receiver for wanting to pair up with arguably the games best young quarterbacks in Andrew Luck.
Carter, 23, totaledย 124 career receptions for 1,939 yards and 12 touchdowns for theย Montreal Alouettes over the past two years.
In 2014, he caughtย 75 passes forย 1,030 yards andย seven touchdowns to go along withย 40 yards rushing and wasย named a CFL All-Star.
