The Indianapolis Colts announced Tuesday that they’ve placed DE Carroll Phillips on injured reserve and promoted CB D.J. Killings to theirย active roster.
- The Colts also signed DE Anthony Winbush to their practice squad and released OT De’Ondre Wesley from the unit.

- WR Krishawn Hogan
- DB Rolan Milligan
- QBย Phillip Walker
- OT Tony Garcia
- WRย Steve Ishmael
- DE Anthony Winbush
Phillips, 26, originally signed on with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of Illinois back in 2017. He spent over a year in Jacksonville before he was waived this past September.
The Colts later signed Phillips to their practice squad before promoting him to their active roster a few weeks later.
In 2018, Phillips has appeared in six games for the Colts and recorded five tackles and no sacks.
