Colts Re-sign QB Peyton Manning To A Five-Year Deal

ESPN’s Chris Mortensen reports that the Indianapolis Colts re-signed QB Peyton Manning to a five-year deal worth $90 million.

Adam Schefter notes that the deal shouldl average close to the deal that Tom Brady’s signed last year.

Manning recently said that he was willing to take less money than the Colts have offered if they address some of the other players on their roster and bring in more talent. Colts owner Jim Irsay said that he intended on having a deal done by this weekend and true to his word, they got it done.
