NBC 5 Dallas reports that Cowboys NT Josh Brent tested positive again for marijuana and is back in jail.
Brent, 25, tested for marijuana on June 19 and on June 25, according to court documents. He has been denied bond.
Brent was previously arrested on a intoxication manslaughter charge that resulted in the death of his teammate and best friend Jerry Brown Jr. Brent’s next scheduled hearing has been set for July 19.
