According to Jon Machota, the Cowboys are signing LB Ray-Ray Armstrong and OT Wyatt Miller to their active roster on Tuesday.
Armstrong, 28, originally signed on with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Miami back in 2013. He lasted just over a year with the Rams before he was waived and later claimed by the Raiders in 2014.
Armstrong went on to have stints with the 49ers and Giants before signing on with the Browns last year. Cleveland brought him back on a one-year deal last offseason but cut him coming out of the preseason.
He signed on with the Saints shortly afterward in September but was cut released after a month.
In 2019, Armstrong has appeared in five games for the Saints but did not record any statistics.
