According to the Associated Press, Derrick Mason will sign a one-day contract with the Baltimore Ravens and retire with the team on Monday.
Mason said that he would be retiring months ago after bouncing around a bit in the last year. The Ravens will hold a press conference this afternoon and both GM Ozzie Newsome and head coach John Harbaugh will be in antecedence.
Mason is the Ravens franchise leader in receptions and receiving yards.
