Dolphins Sign Fifth-Round Pick TE Arthur Lynch

 

The Miami Dolphins announced the signing of fifth-round pick TE Arthur Lynch on Thursday.

Miami has just started the process of signing their 2o14 draft class, so this is only the second draft pick to his rookie contract.

Lynch’s four-year contract is worth an estimated $2,411,300 which includes a signing bonus of $191,300, according to OverTheCap.com.

Lynch started 26 games at Georgia over the course of his college career, in which he totaled 56 catches for 907 yards (16.2 YPR) and eight touchdowns.

The Dolphins could use some more depth at tight end as Michael Egnew has yet to develop into a reliable player in his first few years int he NFL.
