The Miami Dolphins announced the signing of TE Brett Brackett and that they have placed WR Stephen Williams on waives.

Brackett, 26, actually signed with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Penn State back in 2011, but was later waived from the team’s practice squad in September. He has since had brief stints with the Jaguars, Eagles and Cardinals.
Williams, 27, signed with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of Toledo back in 2010. He signed with the Dolphins back in May. In 2013, he appeared in 6 games, but never registered any offensive statistics.
