Dolphins Waive Three Players Including DE Damontre Moore

The Dolphins announced that they’ve placed DE Damontre Moore, RB Jahwan Edwards and WR Christion Jones.

We have waived running back Jahwan Edwards, wide receiver Christion Jones and defensive end Damontre Moore.

Moore, 24, is in the final year of his four-year, $2.8 million rookie contract that included a $575,252 signing bonus. He’ll make a base salary of $585,000 this season and another $675,000 in 2016.

In 2015, Moore has appeared in 14 games and recorded 27 tackles, four sacks, a forced fumble and a recovery for the Giants and Utah.
