Dolphins Worked Out OTs Jesse Davis & Marquis Lucas

According to Adam Caplan, the Dolphins brought in OTs Jesse Davis and Marquis LucasĀ for workouts on Tuesday.

  • The Dolphins signed Davis to their practice squad. (NFLTR)

Davis, 25, originally signed on with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of Idaho back in 2015. He was among Seattle’s roster cuts as they trimmed down to 75 players and eventually signed a future/reserve deal with the Jets.

New York decided to waive him as they got down to 75 players this past offseason and later signed him to their practice squad,Ā only to cut him last week.

He has yet to appear during an NFL game.

Lucas, 23, wound up signing with the Bills as an undrafted free agent out of West Virginia. Unfortunately, Buffalo made him one of their final roster cuts as they got down to the 53-man limit.

This is the first team to show interest in him since becoming an unrestricted free agent.

He has not played in an NFL game.
