Trades

• Albert Breer reports that the Redskins, Jets, and Rams are all candidates to trade back.

Bears

• Albert Breer reports that CB Trae Waynes, DE/OLB Bud Dupree and WR Kevin White are all in play for the Bears at No. 7 overall.

Buccaneers

• Ed Werder has spoken to NFL sources who have informed him that the Buccaneers won’t trade a chance to draft FSU QB Jameis Winston.
• Rick Stroud reports that are committed to drafting Jameis Winston at No. 1 overall and they don’t feel they will receive enough value in a trade to move back.
• Werder confirms the reports that the Eagles have inquired about the Buccaneers No. 1 pick.

Eagles

• Sources tell Ed Werder that Chip Kelly’s determination to acquire QB Marcus Mariota is because the offense can only be great with someone like him at quarterback.

Saints

• Jason Cole spoke to a high-level source said they do not plan to draft quarterback at end of the first round, despite the previous reports that New Orleans could take Baylor QB Bryce Petty at No. 31.
• Cole mentions that it could be an option later on in the draft.

Titans

• Albert Breer reports that the Titans are ready to draft QB Marcus Mariota at No. 2 after not receiving the type of offers they were looking for.
• Breer mentions that the Titans are not interested in a pick after No. 15.
