Eagles Hoping To Lure Todd Grantham Away From Georgia, Could Move To A 3-4 Next Year

Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports that a source familiar with Chip Kelly thinking informed him that the Eagles will “likely” move to a 3-4 defensive scheme next year.

Derrick Gunn of CSN Philly reports that Kelly is trying to convince Georgia defensive coordinator Todd Grantham to join him in Philadelphia next season.

Grantham actually spent time with the Cowboys, Browns, Texans and Colts, so he’s plenty familiar with the NFL game.

It will be interesting to see if the Eagles look to add some 3-4 defensive pieces during free agency and the draft in the coming months.
